Psychology students from different year levels were invited to choose one film of their choice and were also permitted to bring their own snacks, blanket, and pillow for the movie screening.
There were a total of four movies, where each venue presented two. In Blas Hall, the films were: โ13 Going On 30โ and โThe Perks of Being a Wallflowerโ. While โDoll Houseโ and โHintayan ng Langitโ were viewed at the SOLE Hall. Discussants for the said films included Inst. Rudy Danganan Jr., MA, Inst. Jade Cuambot, MS, Asst. After each screening, the discussants shared their thoughts and reflections on the movie as to how our society today is faced with psychological challenges that should be addressed with professionals in the field of psychology.
โRemind people that getting help is okayโ and that โwe don't give up on peopleโ Asst. Prof. Dimar said.
